1959 Chris-Craft Ski Boat 17 ft

A beautiful example of one of Chris-Craft's most iconic mahogany runabouts, this 1959 Chris-Craft K-17 17' Ski Boat is a genuine piece of American boating history. Finished in rich varnished mahogany with the distinctive Chris-Craft styling, brightwork and contrasting red hull, this boat presents extremely well and has the classic lines that make the K-17 such a desirable vintage ski boat. Corvette 283 cubic inch V8 engine factory fitted. 

The boat carries its original Chris-Craft identification plate showing Hull No. K-17-0684, identifying it as a 17-foot K-17 Ski Boat. The K-17 was produced during 1959–1960, with this hull number placing it in the 1959 production period.

The boat features the classic open cockpit layout with comfortable rear seating, period-style windscreen, beautiful timber deck and sides, Chris-Craft badging and original-style hardware. It is presented on a matching single-axle trailer, making it practical to transport and enjoy.
